Weaver Superior Walls is a construction company that manufactures and installs precast concrete wall foundations for residential homes. Our core values are Quality; Service; Compassion, Care & Respect; and Integrity.

We are seeking EXPERIENCED, reliable Precast Concrete Production Team Members with a proven work history and strong work ethic. These team members will be ready to come in the door on their first day of work and assist with the preparation of the forms for product removal; cleaning and resetting form components as designed; and pouring, consolidating and finishing of the concrete with minimal training.

All Production employees must be able to:

• Work OT with flexibility to work with various shift start and end times;
• Move/lift 50 lbs.;
• Walk, stand, bend and twist constantly;
• Accurately and consistently read a tape measure;
• Operate hand and power tools;
• Operate a forklift in a safe manner;
• Have a high awareness of safety for themselves and others;
• Report to work on time every day. Reliable transportation to work on a daily basis is a MUST!

A strong background in Precast Concrete Production, Steel Fabrication, General Construction, Carpentry, Heavy Manufacturing Environments, or other concrete or construction work is necessary. Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) are welcome!

Weaver Superior Walls, LLC is a safety oriented and drug free workplace. Both Day and Night Shift positions are available. Pay range is $20 to $25 per hour based on prior experience, work history, work ethic and skillset! Night Shift work hours include a $1.00 per hour Shift Differential. Options for part-time work are also available.
