Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

- Market Products to Real Estate and Finance professionals including but not limited to Agents,

Lawyers, Financial Advisors and Real Estate Investors

- Take in client applications and handle customers with polite, friendly and professional attitude

- Discuss loan approvals with clients and get required loan conditions

Qualifications:

- 2 Years Mortgage Loan Officer Experience

- New York NMLS License in place

- $8,000,000 in proven yearly sales volume
