RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist prospects with tours and the initial application process

• Respond to verbal and written solicitations and inquiries with tact and diplomacy

• Assist Community Manager with requested reports, resident communications, inspections, market surveys, etc.

• Ensure all rental practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local laws

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, guest and vendors

• Perform other duties as assigned

• A minimum of SIX (6) months of Leasing experience with a reputable, multi-family property management company

• Well-versed in MS Office Suite, as well as basic administrative functions

• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations

• Professional physical presentation and demeanor

• Fluency using an industry recognized software program… highly preferred

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• leasing: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Location:

• Silver Spring, MD (Preferred)
