ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform work alongside crew and supervise crew member activities
• Plan activities at site according to specifications and client expectations.
• Assign daily tasks to crew and ensure compliance.
• Training and evaluate the effectiveness of crew.
• Ensure proper use, care and inventory of company vehicle, equipment and tools assigned.
• Promote and maintain safe working conditions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desirable
• Some weekends required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE AS FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR FOR COMMERCIAL LANDSCAPING COMPANY.
• E-Verify (SS verification)
• Criminal background check
• Pass drug screen
• Must have commercial landscaping experience
• Valid Driver's License - clean record
