The restaurant is Hoboken's favorite Japanese hotspot, serving innovative sushi inventions as well as classic favorites made with the freshest fish and finest ingredients. The mission is to create a mindful experience where guests enjoy an attentive balance of upscale dining, romantic atmosphere, and impeccable service with an overall commitment to attention to detail.

Here’s what the role entails:

-Taking and confirming reservations over the phone

-Taking takeout & delivery orders over the phone

-Engage and establish rapport with guests as they enter the restaurant. This includes acknowledging specials occasions they may be celebrating or any special accommodations we are making for them during their visit.

-Organize all reservations to ensure a steady flow throughout the evenings

-Communicate the reservation plan to each individual server at the beginning of each shift

-Wishing guests a good evening as they exit-Helping managers and event coordinator with small projects
