Job description

Responsibilities:

• We schedule appointments, offer great training, a company truck, and all the support needed to excel.
• Customer appointments are booked by our call center for customers that have a current need to repair their garage door(s) and/or replace their opener(s).
• You're dispatched to solve the customer's problems and take care of their needs and wants with our exclusive products, training, and warranties.
• You will repair the customer's garage door right there and create a customer for life.

Qualifications:

• Successful experience repairing garage doors is required
• An exceptional work ethic and ability to find a way to get it done
• A strong attendance record
• Ability to deliver superior customer service to make sure the customer is smiling at the end of every repair
• A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous learning
• A clean driving record
• Openness to weekly guaranteed pay and commissions
• Ability to train and coach
• Ability to pass drug screening and a background check
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
