A private wealth management firm is seeking to hire an experienced, capable, and organized Executive Personal Assistant to work on behalf of its clients, who are an executive couple on the North Shore of Chicago. This is a newly created, full-time position for a seasoned professional to handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including some personal/family and household management duties and projects.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing calendars
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Preparing correspondence for board meetings
  • Researching and arranging travel
  • Maintaining databases
  • Planning events
  • Gift buying
  • Supervising and managing household vendors
  • Perform miscellaneous errands

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of related experience. Strong administrative and organizational skills are needed as well as the ability to communicate effectively and work well with a team of dynamic professionals. The principals will value someone who respects confidentiality, works well independently, multitasks effectively, and has a solid understanding of computers, Microsoft Office software, Google Docs, and office technology.

Generally, a full-time Monday through Friday workweek with general business hours and a hybrid schedule. Flexibility to occasionally work later hours when needed.
