As the Director of our Leander school, you will manage the daily operations and create a culture where early learning is at its best. Our school has over 40 teachers on staff and is licensed up to 300 children. Enjoy daily active classroom interaction with the children when relieving teachers for short periods of time. As a franchise with multiple school locations in Texas and with more locations opening soon, we are fully supported by Corporate with curriculum and operational processes that create a high quality accredited school environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Oversee the planning and development of activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the children.
• Plan, organize and establish an environment that reflects Creative World’s philosophy and that also meets state licensing requirements.
• Supervise, monitor and evaluate the implementation of planned curriculum activities.
• Monitor classroom record keeping and documentation of children’s portfolios.
• Market school in the community to build and sustain enrollment of children.
• Conduct facility or virtual tours with parents.
• Manage and work cooperatively as a team member with employees by communicating and contributing information needed to run the school successfully.
• Recruit teachers that embrace our education philosophy.
• Work effectively with staff to achieve and maintain profitability and accreditation of the school.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Creative World School will reward your management talents with a total compensation package ($50k-60K) that includes a competitive base salary, incentives and childcare benefits. Paid vacation and health benefits are also provided.
