Job Overview
The Executive Assistant to the President & CEO provides support to the President & CEO in both his corporate position and in his personal obligations, including any boards on which he serves as a Director. The position handles confidential information, prioritizes calls and correspondence, coordinates Board of Directors meetings, and coordinates the President & CEO's schedule and travel. The Executive Assistant may be given discretion to handle certain matters in the President & CEO's absence, including his calls and correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the President & CEO (and other executive managers, as required.)
- Support business units as directed.
- Coordinate executive activities such as meetings, travel, engagements, etc.
- Prioritize calls and correspondence for the President & CEO.
- Prioritize and coordinate the President & CEO's schedule and travel.
- Review support documentation for check requests, invoices, and wire transfers to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare invoices and payment requests and obtain appropriate approvals and signatures.
- Schedule and coordinate board meetings.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to executive level staff.
- Associate degree, Bachelor degree preferred.
- Effective in both oral and written communication.
- Self-motivated.
- Well-organized.
- Discrete in handling highly confidential information.
- Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledgeable of computer applications used by the organization.
- Commitment to teamwork and ability to work collaboratively.
- Travel may be required.
- Reporting to the office the whole week is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
