Executive Assistant to the President
Job description
MVA Health Centers is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to the CEO, this person will work directly with the CEO and the management team on a daily basis and also be responsible for the supervision of two other assistants.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Support leadership team by reading, researching, and preparing/routing correspondences
- Attend and document meetings, notate action items, delegate tasks accordingly and ensure completion by delegated staff
- Managing and organizing all items for monthly Board of Directors meetings
- Contract routing and management
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel
- Arrange Conference and Video Calls
- Calendar and schedule management for the CEO
- Schedule and receive visitors
- Other various administrative tasks
Position Requirements:
- Technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office products and teleconferencing platforms
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to produce high-quality work and meet strict deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and respect for confidentiality
- Must be able to complete a high volume of tasks and projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
