MVA Health Centers is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to the CEO, this person will work directly with the CEO and the management team on a daily basis and also be responsible for the supervision of two other assistants.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Support leadership team by reading, researching, and preparing/routing correspondences
  • Attend and document meetings, notate action items, delegate tasks accordingly and ensure completion by delegated staff
  • Managing and organizing all items for monthly Board of Directors meetings
  • Contract routing and management
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel
  • Arrange Conference and Video Calls
  • Calendar and schedule management for the CEO
  • Schedule and receive visitors
  • Other various administrative tasks

Position Requirements:

  • Technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office products and teleconferencing platforms
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to produce high-quality work and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism and respect for confidentiality
  • Must be able to complete a high volume of tasks and projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
