Overview
The Executive Assistant provides personalized secretarial and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of executive communication, including taking calls and interfacing with other executives, employees and guests.
  • Occasional logistical preparation for meetings with senior executives and other guests, including reserving space, telephone and video conferencing, catering (if required), visitor registration, and meet & greet.
  • Field inbound communications and exercise judgement in determining the appropriate resource to address the request.
  • Receive, open and sort mail.
  • Understand company policies and procedures, written and unwritten, to ensure appropriate decision-making protocols are followed.
  • Liaise with other senior administrative assistants in the office to ensure executive team are supported.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years as an Administrative Assistant/Secretarial Support
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Proof of vaccination against the COVID virus
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Friendly, neat and professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
  • Must be reliable and punctual, prefer NYC resident
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, including with members of senior management
