Description:

We are looking for an experienced executive assistant who loves travel and has the drive to support a high-level executive. This position consists of both domestic and international living, with approximately 30% spent in the United States and the remaining time in Europe. The executive is an engaging, private, and active business owner.

Flexibility, extraordinary listening skills, and the ability to collaborate and work as a team are a must. Exceptional organizational skills will be required to oversee a busy calendar, process internal documents, and manage special projects.

A confident self-starter with outstanding interpersonal skills and a ‘take charge’ approach will thrive as part of this top-performing team. Work requires flexibility with standard errand-running, appointment management, personal assistance, and other duties all being part of a typical workday.

Travel can be up to eight months out of the year, so this is not the right job for someone who doesn’t like to be away from home. This position is fast-paced and dynamic. You must be able to adapt to frequent changes in both environment and project focus.

Qualifications:

  • Valid passport required, approximately 60-70% of the year is spent outside of the United States
  • Personal/executive assistant experience at a high-profile household/ executive
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • International experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and organize meetings, travel, conferences, and other activities.
  • Travel frequently and support day-to-day activities/requirements.
  • Draft written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
  • Respond to regularly occurring requests for information.
  • Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
  • Type up reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
  • Liaise with all levels of management and staff and provide vital support.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
