Responsibilities:
  • Performs sensitive and highly visible administrative functions for a single or small group of Senior Executive(s).
  • Often the first person corresponded with or act as proxy for the Executive.
  • Ability to take what they discover to be complex topics and be able to translate to the executive level briefing, PowerPoint, or summary
  • Plans and produces executive correspondence and is proficient with Office Suite software applications.
  • Provide overall quality support to the assigned Executive , including coordinating logistics for travels, meetings, and events
  • Must possess excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Manages schedule and calendars.
  • Qualifications commensurate with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and approximately 6 or more years related experience.
  • Manage in-house logistics and assistance to the front office staff, including anticipating needs.
  • Good computer skills, including knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Ms. Teams, Skype, Zoom
  • Will be in office probably five times a day
  • Will need a cell phone and be flexible (may be reached off hours too)
  • Someone to focus 100% on this new incoming position under secretary
  • Will be working in the front office side by side with another executive assistant
  • May perform or have access to activities of a highly confidential nature that may require comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Administers specialized programs.
  • May act as proxy for the executive.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years’ related experience

EDUCATION
:
Requires BS/BA degree (or equivalent)

Location:
  • Contractor support shall perform at the Herbert Clark Hoover building, MBDA OND located at 1401 Constitution Avenue, NW; Washington, D.C. 20230, Fifth Floor.
  • Remote/telework may be authorized by the Task Manager (TM) on a case-by-case basis.


Travel:
  • Not expected for this role.
