Your responsibilities

thyssenkrupp Materials, NA executives are searching for a strong EA candidate who has strong MS Office (Excel, PPT) & Adobe experience. This role is imperative role with high visibility within our organization; and works cross fX with many other departments and divisions with tkMNA. Must be able to multi-task and have great customer service skills.

  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations (Pro level skillset)
  • Promptly receive and screen incoming telephone calls and provide primary support to the company President & CEO, as well as support as needed to the VP of Purchasing and CFO.
  • Providing friendly and professional greeting, taking messages as appropriate, and eliciting necessary information to allow timely and accurate responses. Respond where appropriate.
  • Remain aware and update President & CEO
  • Promptly screen and distribute incoming email, responding where
  • Provide accurate word-processing support by composing and/or editing a variety of documents. This includes many highly confidential correspondence, memoranda, contracts and proposals.
  • Assist with organize meetings and/or special events including annual Christmas parties, Meetings, etc. Arrange for catering, locations, distribution of information with respect to the event and any gifts or handouts for the event.
  • Develop and maintain well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
  • Special organizational and research projects as
  • Arrange travel, hotel, and car reservations and prepare itinerary, both corporate and personal for the Manager.

Your profile

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school graduate with at least 5 years of administration and/or clerical work experience and good grasp of the English language, spelling, grammar and
  • Expert in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High proficiency in these skills are a must.
  • Ability to perform clerical duties with deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision.
  • Must be diplomatic, tactful and exercise good judgment in recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential information a must
