Landmark Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry, that owns and operates unique and iconic venues such as Hotel Du Village and the Logan Inn in Pennsylvania, as well as Liberty House, Hotel Du Village, Hudson House, Stone House at Stirling Ridge, the Ryland Inn, and the Boat House at Mercer Lake in New Jersey. Landmark Hospitality specializes in upscale restaurants, event spaces, and boutique hotels and has exciting opportunities available for the right individuals.

We are currently expanding and looking for energetic Event Stylist (Wedding Sales Manager) to join our Pennsylvania team (New Hope)

Applicants must be experienced with all steps in meeting clients, menu development and follow through. The ability to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment as well as being a true hospitality professional is essential. Weekends are a must and experience with working with prospective brides and the corporate clientele is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients and provide venue information

• Plan, design and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits

• Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction

• Conduct market research, gather information, and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals

• Provide feedback and periodic reports to management

• Proven event management experience

• An impressive portfolio of previously managed events

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

• MS Office proficiency
• TripleSeat or similar Catering Software

• Willing to submit references from previous clients

• At least five years of experience
