Yampah Spa and Vapor Caves, located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado is hiring a Spa Attendant. With our Vapor Caves and Hot Springs, we have built-in international clientele. Spa Attendants are responsible for laundry services and general cleanliness of the property as well as providing some guest treatment services. We are seeking individuals who are team-oriented and have excellent customer service skills. Weekend and evening work is required. Employees have free access to the Vapor Caves plus discounts on al services and products. Base pay starts at $18 an hour. As a spa attendant, you will receive commissions and tips well beyond that figure, with an average being around $25 an hour.

Essential Job Functions:

• Review and complete all opening and closing procedures and individual responsibilities
• Greet guests in a positive, helpful manner when providing wraps and scrubs
• Make sure rooms are prepared for service adhering to strict cleanliness protocols
• Prepare recipes for wraps, scrubs, tubs and Yampah products
• Provide laundry services – washing, drying, folding towels and other linens
• Ensure timely and responsive service to guest
• Ensure opening and closing spa procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness of entire property as necessary
• Possess excellent knowledge of Yampah Rising services to be able to answer guest inquiries
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays as needed
• Communicate confidently and clearly with guests and peers
• Follow Yampah Spa procedures
