Spa Haus Nashville is a beautiful, independently owned wellness spa located in the city of Berry Hill, just a few miles from downtown Nashville, TN. We are a spa that truly cares about your mind, body & skin needs. We work individually with every guest to help them achieve the results they have been searching for, whether it is result driven treatments or strictly relaxation. While our clients are at Spa Haus, we pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming experience. Our caring and knowledgeable staff, as well as quality treatments and products are what sets us aside from other spas.
Our Spa Coordinator role is a key part of our spa experience. They are is the first and last point of contact for our clients and is responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, confirming appointments, maintaining a clean work environment and alerting therapists when clients arrive. The evening Spa Coordinator also has key holder responsibilities and works closely with management.
This position is to be filled with someone who is reliable, motivated and wants a position with growth. Our Spa Coordinator is someone who is very welcoming, personable and friendly, as well as detailed oriented.
Shifts:
We are hiring for the schedule below:
- Tuesday: 245pm - 830pm
- Thursday: 245pm - 830pm
- Friday: 245pm - 830pm
- Saturday: 2pm - 630pm
Option to work more hours in the future.
Job Description:
- Greeting & assisting all clients in a timely manner.
- Managing appointments and checking clients in/out, making notes in clients’ files.
- Client confirmation calls.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Maximize appointment books.
- Check voicemail and email messages on the hour and at opening each day.
- Retail product suggestions when asked by clients.
- Maintaining the retail, front desk, bathrooms and relaxation room, that they are stocked, sanitized and tidy at all times.
- Sell and upsell all services and products the spa offers (after 2 months employment).
- Light cleaning throughout the day.
- Appropriately utilize daily log, e-mails, voice mails, and texting to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide 5 Star Customer Service to all clients.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Reliable & punctual Be on time to the scheduled shift and ready to work.
- Teamplayer
- Friendly and helpful towards co-workers, employees and clients
Preferred experience/knowledge:
- Boulevard software experience
- Skin care knowledge
- CBD knowledge
- Holistic health
- Prior spa experience
- Computer experience
- Reception experience
