An amazing long term care facility located near Glendale, NJ is looking for a Evening Nursing Supervisor for their 3pm-11pm shift.
Responsibilities of the Nursing Supervisor
- Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving.
- Nurse will evaluate and schedule in-services/training as needed.
- Ensure department activities and records are in adherence to AAAHC and various licensing and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications of the Nursing Supervisor:
- Must have New Jersey RN license
- Prior Nursing Supervisor experience is preferred
- Strong leadership/ managerial skills
- Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
