Evening Cleaner - Full Time 2nd Shift WEEKLY PAY

Position Overview:
We are currently looking to add a Full Time evening cleaner to our team. The evening cleaner will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the assigned location to ensure it is meeting United Commercial Services standards. This position will work a two week rotating schedule as follows. Week 1: Mon, Tues, Wed; Week 2: Sat, Sun, Thurs, Fri. Shift times would typically be from 2:00pm-10:00pm.
Compensation for this role would be $19/hr. Base pay is $17/hr. We are also offering an extra $2/hr for perfect attendance each week. Details can be discussed during your interview.
Essential Functions:
- Vacuum, sweep, mop designated areas.
- Use proper equipment and chemicals for general and detail cleaning.
- Disinfecting throughout the day.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- General cleaning of designated work area and keep it maintained and in good condition.
- Communicate with supervisor/manager when cleaning supplies are running low.
- Notify supervisors/managers of any major repairs that need to be completed on existing equipment.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Clean and stock restrooms.
Position Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Legally permitted to work in the US.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Handle basic maintenance, repairs, or other cleaning duties.
- Able to work individually or with a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Additional duties as assigned.
