We are looking for an experienced Escrow Closer in our Melbourne, FL office who has a genuine passion for the business and loves to CELEBRATE!

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual who enjoys being empowered to develop and drive customer retention through top-notch service. This is NOT your cookie-cutter title role.

Responsibilities:

-Examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions

-Order, review and disclose matters on surveys, sales contracts, estoppels, searches, and other documents

-Prepare CDs, Settlement Statements, and other settlement documents

-Support our closing and post-closing team with various tasks to produce title commitments and policies for our customers

-Act as signing agent/notary for real estate transactions and refinance mortgage loan signings

-Provide up to date communication with Realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers, and clients to ensure quick and accurate transactions

Prepare and review title documents and other settlement documents for closings

-Review all files before, during, and after the closings to prevent and resolve any potential issues/claims

-Willingness to commute to other signing locations as or if needed

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years of related experience and related Florida Title Agent License or willingness to promptly obtain one

-Florida Notary Appointment

-Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers

-Strong organizational skills and an appreciation for task-related work

-Problem-solving skills

-Ability to work under pressure and in a high volume environment

-Willingness to travel to our Orlando headquarters for initial training

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
