Critical Access Hospital - ER/HM DirectorERx Group is seeking to replace a retiring director for our Brewster, WA location.Three Rivers Hospital is a rural critical access facility. The ER is rated as a Level IV Trauma Center with volumes running 11 patients per day. Inpatient Volume is 1.5 admissions per day. Our providers can blocked shifts up to 7-days with designated relief shifts.
Our medical Directors are clinicians who not only actively practice medicine but act as a liaison for ERx and the hospital that they represent. Medical Directors are expected to practice excellent medicine at the site they represent and ensure that the other ERx providers provide the same service. Additionally, they will work with the hospital administration (CEO's, CNO's, ER nurse managers, HIM, and Quality Risk Managers) to set up protocols or guidelines to meet best practices.
Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate plus a monthly stipend for administrative duties. Travel and malpractice is covered. This is a 1099 role.
