Rotation Details Man camp – on north side of Tonapah -Rotate from anywhere in the US– stay at man camp on 2 week hitch 14x7 days off

Job Summary:
Our client is looking for Experienced Equipment Operators to be part of our project near Tonopah, NV. These are rotational positions open to all applicants across the US.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor pumps, valves, compressors, storage tanks, filtration skids, and chemical injection systems.
- Collect samples, at various points of the Pilot Plant and assist the Field Engineer with laboratory tasks.
- Offload sludge waste from the Filter Press into storage containers and prepare for disposal and shipment.
- Provide support for new equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and sustaining operations.
- Perform routine operator rounds and checks of the lithium extraction, lithium concentration, freshwater generation, and postprocessing equipment and systems. Document findings.
- Chemical refill support and supervision for equipment
- Monitor tank levels. Document for proper handover.
- Filter bags replacement (as needed).
- Troubleshoot operational parameters that fall outside of normal operating parameters.
- Adhere to all safety policies during the execution of required tasks.
- Use hand tools to make minor repairs on Pilot Plant equipment – including pumps.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, more than 12 hours a day including driving.
- Maintain Pilot Plant workshop container.
- Maintain forklift and pallet jack.
- Assist with Regulatory Testing Measurements (manual measurements).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years progressive experience working in mining, oilfield or chemical plant.
- Basic knowledge of equipment isolation and tagging procedures.
- Experience using basic hand tools.
- Experience performing basic plant maintenance.
- Previous experience with The Company Hydraulic Fracturing Equipment is an asset.
- Ability to handle quickly changing situations under stress and to work extended hours on short notice when required.
- Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting P&IDs.
- Basic knowledge of instrumentation and control concepts.
- Basic knowledge of electricity.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR.
- Travel to other plant locations will be required.
- Ability to work dayshift or nightshift as required.
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:
- Operate and monitor pumps, valves, compressors, etc: 1 year (Required)
- mining, oilfield or chemical plant.: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- CDL A (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
