NOVA Engineering & Environmental is seeking a mid-level Environmental Professional in the Kennesaw, GA corporate headquarters. The right candidate will have 5+ years of consulting experience working as an Environmental Engineer, Scientist, or Geologist. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Duties:

• Experience with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Remediation Activities
• Soil and groundwater sampling
• Project Management, report/proposal writing, and client interactions
• Indoor Air Quality Consulting activities (mold, asbestos, lead-based paint)
• Underground storage tank removals
• Cross-train with Geotechnical Engineering and Building Envelope/Facilities service lines

Requirements:

• Degree: Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience with due diligence projects (Phase I, II)
• Good communications and reporting skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Valid State Driver’s license with clean driving record
