Entry Level Multi-disciplined Engineer

The Materials and Information Management (MIM) department is looking for an entry level Multi-Disciplined Engineer to join its material and logistics coordination team.
Perform engineering evaluations and analyses, and make engineering decisions for all aspects of assigned tasks. Communicates with peers across MIM, technical organizations and senior management within NNL and the Governement oversight organizations. Provide technical assistance withing the MIM department. Participates in process improvement initiatives. Market research, risk management, bench marking, streamlining, and instituting best practices. Supports implementation of the Acquisition Supply Chain Management system. Conduct research in support of repair part identification, replacement, refurbishment and procurement. Development and reporting of metrics. Utilize project management principles and tools as appropriate.
Job Requirements:
Associate:
- BS degree in engineering or Bachelor's degree in a science related field from an accredited college or university required.
Intermediate:
- BS degree in engineering or Bachelor's degree in a science related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years of relevant experience; or
- MS degree in engineering or Master's degree in a science related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of one year of relevant experience; or
- Currently or previously EOOW qualified in the Nuclear Operations Program; or
- SRE Qualification
