Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, including face to face retail marketing and sales within a retail environment.
• Assess the marketing needs of the customer to recommend the best solution.
• Increase marketing and sales for the client and the company to ensure goals are met.
• Competitive disposition with a drive to continuously achieve personal sales objectives, is a must
• Excel in a team environment
• Place customer service first and exceed shopper's expectations
• Using your desire to advance, support the daily efforts of Store Management
• Demonstrate attention to detail and safety awareness

Job Requirements:

• Some marketing, sales or customer service related experience or relevant college coursework preferred but not required
• Ability to interface with new and existing customers and marketing teams to increase customer exposure to products and services.
• Self-starter with outgoing and results-oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
