Masterson Staffing Solutions in Litchfield, MN is recruiting for an in office bilingual (Spanish/English) staffing recruiter.

Job Duties:

• Review candidate resumes and make discretionary decisions on job placements.
• Communicate with Clients to take orders and provide status reports.
• Monitor attendance and performance and resolve conflicts.
• Provide appropriate coaching and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Manage the flow of applicants and inquiries.
• Answer and resolve incoming phone calls/emails and direct to Branch Manager as necessary.
• Manage and update personnel records through complete and accurate data entry.
• Make 150+ recruiting calls a day in attempt to place new employees out to work.
• Any other job duty assigned by Branch Manager.

Wage depends on experience. Hours 8:00am-5:00pm. Monday-Friday (some Saturdays may be needed).
