We are looking for a talented individual...
To join our team as an Energy Advisor for its residential programs with TVA who will conduct residential energy assessments to identify energy-efficient improvement opportunities, complete recommendations for energy efficiency including insulation and air sealing upgrades and HVAC replacements and maintenance, produce accurate customer energy reports and produce work orders to assign to participating contractors. This is a field-based position in the Memphis, TN/West Tennessee region.

In this role, you will...
- Conduct home energy evaluations and inspections, including diagnostic testing, by using a company provided vehicle.
- Encourage homeowner to undertake specific energy savings measures recommended based on the energy evaluation.
- Provide work orders to contractors.
- Educate customers on TVA efficiency programs and benefits.
- Provide excellent customer service to all homeowners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.64 per hour
