Insight Global is looking to take on a Remote Enterprise Project Manager to join a large healthcare organization. The Enterprise Project Manager plans, executes, and delivers all projects on time, on budget, and within scope in accordance with business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle of each project, the manager tracks project status and manages project teams to mitigate issues and risks. This role will interact regularly with members across the company and departments (Example: Leadership Team, Finance, IT, Quality, Operations and etc) and key stakeholders for facilitating the efficient implementation and growth of the managed projects and programs. Requires self-direction, the ability to operate with ambiguity, and a level of perseverance to manage multiple iterations of tasks.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of enterprise-wide process, people and systems integration experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Previous experience in project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
  • Experience with from scratch implementation of an ERP

Responsibilities include:

  • Builds, leads, and coaches multiple project teams throughout project lifecycles across company divisions.
  • Define and create project plans for project and program prioritization and implementation.
  • Defines and coordinates the securing of commitments from cross-functional groups and external providers in terms of resources, cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Produces all relevant project management deliverables such as project objectives and requirements, risk assessments, project plans, project status reports, open issues log, change logs, action items list etc.; project risks will be escalated to sponsors on a timely basis for decision resolution and disposition.
  • Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to project methodology compliance standards set by the company.
  • Continually update relevant business stakeholder of project status across enterprise.
  • Ensure all projects meet success parameters and ROI targets stated in business case.
  • Ensures compliance of all aspects of policies, guidelines, practices, procedures, and regulations.
  • Acts as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community working with project teams and business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design.
  • Works with organizational leaders to create and maintain an operating plan to achieve the strategic vision and operating platform that defines the people, processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Partners with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Manages vendors, consultants, and developers to ensure appropriate documentation, process flows, specifications, and system testing.
  • Coordinates the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and acquire appropriate resources needed, ensuring availability necessary for project deliverables. Manage resources within respective departments, other internal departments, outside service providers as well as materials committed to the projects.

Skills and Abilities

  • Project management experience in cross-functional systems implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP, or equivalent midmarket ERP or finance system solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to use and analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems within established policies and procedures.
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills along with strong analytic & decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lead the work of several concurrent projects and work in a strong team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, follow through and demonstrate leadership through example.
  • Strong customer-service orientation toward internal and external customers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
  • Ability to use personal influence to build positive working relationships with others.

  • Ability to prepare proposals, reports and other written documents with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to provide highest quality service to all customers. Must be able to multi-task proficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
