The Role

We are looking for professional and dedicated people who will be committed to empowering students of all ages to thrive in their English language education.
You will assist students of all abilities in understanding and using formal and informal English effectively for real-world communication by helping learners develop effective listening, reading, and speaking skills.

As an online English teacher, you will provide positive, effective and enjoyable learning experiences with the aim to nurture a student’s confidence in their ability to make English an alternative means of communication. In addition to delivering an innovative digital English program, you will encourage non-native speakers to access English language news, information and the arts from a wide variety of sources including print, the Internet, radio and television in the hope that they will continue to do this on their own initiative.

For this position, online teaching experience is beneficial but certainly not required. Should you be successful, you will take part in a comprehensive onboarding process to give you the best possible start in your new career.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery learning, teaching, and instruction according to the school’s

English language curriculum, and the educational needs and abilities of individuals and groups of students

• Create a classroom culture that is welcoming, positive, and devotes the majority of time to instruction rather than discipline

• Plan, prepare, and teach lessons, promoting the general progress and well-being of individual students and groups of students

• Drive outstanding student achievement for all students in your classroom and support colleagues in driving student achievement school-wide

• Communicate, cooperate, and consult with school staff, and parents/guardians in the students’ best interest

Requirements:

• Degree in any field
• Great organizational and communication skills
• Dedication to students’ and their English language needs.
• A calm and resilient personality
• Strong tech/computer skills
• A quiet, dedicated workspace
