We are currently seeking applicants for a Thermal Performance Engineer in the Asset Management department of our Power Production division in Springfield, MO. In this position you will be responsible for monitoring and improving heat rates, reliability and availability across our fleet of power plants. Additionally, you would process and maintain key performance indicators and perform regular reporting. You will need strong project management engineering skills, a firm grasp of thermodynamics as it relates to power plants, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expected travel is 20%.
