Overview
Flare is looking for a Legal Partner (LP) Support Specialist focused on providing high-quality interactions with our co-counseled attorneys. Through excellent written and verbal communication you will provide clarity into the Marble Law processes, technology, and account questions. You will be responsible for helping attorneys navigate new systems, processes, and procedures - setting the tone for a successful, long-term partnership with Marble.
This is an IN-OFFICE role with the potential for a hybrid-based schedule upon performance
Pay: $21-$24 / hr
What You'll Do:
- Address LP questions and concerns to clearly articulate Marble processes, procedures, and technologies.
- Provide a broad overview of the services and product information (applications) that we provide.
- Ensure successful follow-through of the LP experience by maintaining accurate activity and notating information within Salesforce as well as other systems.
- Research and comprehend LP information, across multiple tools, while interacting with clients.
- Provide a passionate LP service experience and take ownership of the attorney experience, including comprehensive problem resolution.
- Effectively tailor verbal and written communication style to a variety of personality types.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to support our clients by providing technical insights and direction on how to utilize our systems.
- Interact with various departments to ensure that the LP Engagement department is relaying accurate information to our attorneys.
- Perform other such duties when assigned by the leadership team.
Requirements:
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associates preferred
- Previous high-caliber customer service experience - candidates with start-up experience is a plus!
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
- Critical-thinking skills and the ability to make appropriate decisions based on the client's best interest
- Highly self-motivated and thrives while working independently, while staying connected to the team using tools like Slack.
- Thrives in an environment of uncertainty where the process is often changing as we optimize
- Experience working with Salesforce; strong learning agility when it comes to learning CRM tools
- Familiarity with (G-Suite) Google Sheets and other Google online productivity tools (Preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Willingness to embrace new challenges everyday; adaptability and flexibility are absolutely crucial
- Must be fluent in English
