Job Title: Energy Consultant

Salary: Stipend for first 12 weeks; then Commission structure with OTE of $150k/yr

  • At Elevation, we are creating appointments for our Energy Consultants, there is little to no prospecting involved!

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • In lieu of sales experience, willing to invest in the right candidate
  • Minimum of 1 year of Solar sales experience or home improvement experience
  • Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft and CRM Software
  • Alarm background a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a self-managed environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to close sales
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)

  • Hours Varies depending on nature and needs of business
  • Additional hours are based on the manager's requirements
