About the Team:
The HR operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with HRBPs and people managers on ER related matters, including advising on employee discipline, underperformance, terminations, reasonable accommodations, complex leave scenarios and other related matters.
- Engage in and document the interactive process with applicants and employees requesting accommodations due to disability/medical and religious beliefs.
- Triage employee complaints to the appropriate workplace investigation teams and lend support and guidance for workplace investigations as needed.
- Support HR/ER related training for people managers and HR.
- Closely collaborate with employment counsel.
- Work on ER related projects such as CMS implementation and usage, employee handbook and related policies, and procedure updates.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant HR/ER experience.
- Prior HR/ER experience in a technology start-up is strongly preferred.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in New York City is $65000 - $105000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, restricted stock units, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
