**This position is shared with South Coast Global Medical Center and Chapman Global Medical Center**
SUMMARY:
Employee Health (EH) Licensed Vocational Nurse: Plan and coordinate the Hospital-wide EH program based on hospital-specific needs, CDC guidelines, OSHA and CAL-OSHA regulations, CMS requirements, Joint Commission standards. Coordinate EH programs for all healthcare workers, including TB screening, Fit Testing and respiratory protection, and Vaccinations. Follow-up on BBP exposures and exposures to communicable diseases. Ensure compliance with regulatory initiatives and reporting relative to EH.
Requirements:
- Education/Licensure: Current California LVN or RN license
- Minimum Experience: 2 years experience in an acute care setting or hospital off-site medical facility, or equivalent.
- Experience in Occupational Health, Employee Health, Infection Control, or Quality Management preferred.
- Must be experienced and comfortable with multiple computer programs.
- Certification: MAB upon hire or within 90 days of employment.
