Employee Experience Manager
We are looking for a Manager with experience in Employee Engagement and Employee Relations to join the team and make an impact!
In this role you will be responsible for Employee Engagement & Employee Relations processes for the entire organization.
This role will report to the Head of Human Resources
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Create, maintain and provide tools, training, resources and coaching to the organization that support and maintaining a positive, rewarding work environment and focus on ensuring employees feel valued and invested in their work.
- Conducts ongoing research on best practices and recommends strategies for continuous improvement to increase the maturity level in support of our organization’s transformation journey.
- Providing advice and counsel to managers on a variety of topics to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct team member feedback sessions, provide report out to management and support the creation of action plans.
- Effectively communicate to leaders and managers the importance of listening to employees and making impactful improvements.
Employee Relations
- Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances.
- Conducts investigations of employee relations concerns, including complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other work-related issues
- Handle multiple cases simultaneously while prioritizing the most urgent needs
- Document, collect and maintain investigation files and evidence that support investigative findings and results in the case management system
- Conduct exit interviews and any subsequent investigations related to the employee's voluntary separation
- Train facility HR Team on investigations processes and best practices. Review investigations conducted by facility HR teams.
- Acts as administrator for third-party Hotline and employee relations tracking system.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for organization leaders, managers and others on HR Team.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs.
Education and Experience:
- 7 or more years of directly-related HR experience including direct experience with employee engagement processes.
- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
- Previous experience conducting employee relations investigations.
- Previous experience proving support and coaching regarding engagement.
