Employee Benefits Technology Program Manager
The Employee Benefits Program Manager focuses on the delivery of client services in the HRIS and Benefits Administration space. This individual is the subject matter expert for HRIS and Benefit Administration systems, offerings, and implementations, including responsibility for the recommendation and implementation of technology solutions for our clients with a continued focus on department growth and technology expansion. This individual will lead the development of education for internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful adoption and utilization of a HRIS or Benefits Administration solution.

Essential Functions of this role
- Work collaboratively with leadership and other internal team members to ensure smooth benefit technology onboarding and best in class implementation experience
- Manage implementations for specific/specialized HRIS product(s) by working with the client and vendor to provide solutions that directly impact the client
- Expand HRIS product and service knowledge to recommend changes to further business development and optimize client satisfaction
- Leverage client feedback to improve services
- Use functional area knowledge and industry specific experience to anticipate obstacles and proactively search for solutions
- Contribute to the selection and ongoing evaluation of client technology solution investments made by the agency
- Develop and implement a proactive education campaign for clients
- Act as subject matter expert on client technology solutions
- Act on client’s behalf to assist with implementation and ongoing troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Risk Advisors on presentations for new or existing business
- Build and leverage relationships with technology vendors and carriers
- Understanding of and implementation of HRIS products and offerings, including carrier feeds and integrations, reports, and ACA modules
- Manage compliance service administration, maintain data and support compliance team in assisting clients with federal and state compliance responsibilities
- Assist in completion of compliance related federal and state employer filing responsibilities
Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in software applications commonly used in an office environment as well as ability to learn new applications
- Understanding of benefits insurance administration software and HRIS systems, including experience with EDI/API set up.
