JumpCrew is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to join our Client Marketing Delivery Team. This person will be directly responsible for email strategy and delivery for our clients, including the creation of automated email marketing campaigns as well as promotional email campaigns and client newsletters. Our marketing strategy is focused on creating valuable, relevant, and consistent emails that ultimately result in generating highly qualified leads for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement top line email strategy for all clients, including email lifecycle campaigns, promotional campaigns, monthly newsletters, etc.
- Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results; make suggestions for improvements, and establish best practices
- Ability to track, measure and report KPIs and engagements and provide insightful analysis
- Develop strategies, create and implement automated email sequences and CRM flows that support our clients’ business goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences for all email campaigns.
- Grow client email lists as applicable.
- Supervise a pool of freelance and internal resources, setting direction, ensuring quality of work, and providing daily guidance as needed.
- Develop and implement standard and recurring email reporting for all clients, along with strategic recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Ensure all email campaigns follow industry policies and best practices, including all legal guidelines and regulations.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance driven by analysis of clients’ key metrics, review of client strategies, and command of industry best practices around email marketing design and development.
- Work bilaterally with managers across the marketing department
Qualifications
- 5+ years email marketing experience in B2B, SaaS
- Lead generation and nurturing is a MUST
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Previous agency experience preferred
- Expertise in Hubspot required
- Expertise in Pardot preferred
- Ability to implement lead scoring
- Expertise in DataStudio or other data visualization tools.
- Exposure to eCommerce platforms (ex: Klaviyo, Listrak, Hubspot) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strategic mindset combined with pragmatic, can-do approach
- Ability to manage relationships with team members from different functional areas and professional backgrounds
- Ability to manage external (i.e., freelance) resources effectively
- Ability to pivot often and adapt quickly
- Creative individual who can dream up unique and engaging design ideas
- Strong time management skills
- Solid, well rounded knowledge of overall digital marketing best practices, especially as they relate to email marketing

- Location: Nashville, TN, hybrid schedule WFH Monday & Friday
- $75,000-$85,000
