We are a fast-growing sign company centrally located in the DFW metroplex. We create and install large format graphics, interior/exterior signage, leasing signs, monument signs and electric building signs all over Texas and neighboring states. We value our customers and do our best to help grow their brand. We care about our employees and we are looking add a senior installer to our strong and enthusiastic team who are passionate about what we do!!

Responsibilities and Duties

. Install various custom exterior and interior electric signs according to the specifications provided.

. Able to work with the crew to get the projects complete

· Manage the installation onsite

· Be the onsite point of contact to the team and the customer onsite

· Installation internal quality control

· Work instructions for different kinds of installation jobs

· Pre-install and post install surveys as required

· site Walk throughs with the account managers

· Managing any change requests and additions (not on the CD) and making sure nothing slips through the cracks

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Sign electrician license highly preferred
• Previous installation experience in a sign company
• Previous leadership experience
• Must have valid driver's license
• Working knowledge in the use of hand tools required
• Attention to detail is a must
• Must have a positive attitude and ability to work with others
• Must be trustworthy and honest
• Must be self motivated, with good work ethics
• Must maintain a professional appearance
• Able to work collaboratively with others in the leadership team
