Job Title: Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

Our professional staff of experienced project managers, estimators and electrical professionals offer exceptional service and quality workmanship in a wide array of projects including new construction and renovation.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper in the Columbia, SC office to maintain processes and procedures as our Electrical division grows. This is a diverse position that includes a blend of manageable daily task with a variety of specialty projects that offer the opportunity for problem solving and collaboration.
Day to day:
Answer and direct incoming calls. Follow up with customers, vendors and employees as needed
Set up and maintain new customer and job accounts as needed
Process AIA construction billing and service billing timely and accurately
Assist with the preparation and processing of change orders
Issue and track vendor purchase orders
Verify and enter vendor invoices
Ensure that all job cost is tracked accurately and timely
Provide project managers with requested information to assist as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
Aptitude for computer applications
