The E&I Technician will be expected to perform the following:
Chicago Heights, IL
- Permanent /Direct Hire Position, great company, excellent pay and benefits

- Take Initiative on a regular basis
- Suggest/make improvements to quality
- Help build and maintain a positive work environment
- Continuously learn new things about work, products, customers, etc.
- Performs all job tasks in a safe manner
- Complies with all departmental and plant safety policies, rules, and regulations
- Identify, correct, report near misses/hazards/incidents upon occurence
- Wear PPE and abide by all PPE requirements
- Aware of CMRs in their area and safe handling procedures
- Utilize plant HSE safe work procedures such as: line breaks, hot work, LOTO, and elevated work
The E&I Technician will be expected to perform the following:
- Maintain and repair electrical systems (up to 4160 volts)
- Install new instrumentation, controls, electrical systems, conduit and circuitry
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routine, preventative maintenance
- Install equipment and inspect circuits to identify malfunctions using testing devices such as ohm meters, voltmeters, and ammeters.
