System 1-2-3 facilitators work in classrooms and homes to develop confidence and competence in meeting social and emotional learning needs and bring forth behavior change. We currently have openings in Westmoreland county.

We observe, listen, provide an extra set of hands, encourage, reframe, and facilitate growth. Successful applicants possess excellent collaboration skills, a minimum of 3 years of education or mental health related experience, and a bachelor's degree (master's preferred). During the hiring process, applicants will be required to submit 3 professional references and all required clearances for working with children.

We offer a $30 to $40 hourly wage, 10-25 hours per week, a supportive team environment, paid on-boarding and training, and a relentless commitment to your growth..
