Job description

Edible Packaging Technician - Monday to Friday. 3 PM to 11 PM

$17.50/Hour

The ideal candidates are organized and possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and are friendly, reliable, and flexible.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have reliable transportation;
• Must be dependable and reliable with excellent attendance;
• Prior work experience within a packaging warehouse is preferred;
• Must be a motivated individual with a high level of initiative;
• Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment to ensure proper and efficient packaging of edible products.
• Manage time efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing quality product;
• Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the facility with focus towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift;
• Exhibit competency in organization and communication skills;
• Help create a positive environment by maintaining a positive attitude and by being self-motivated;
• Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and guideline including the safe operation of all packaging machinery and equipment;
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
