We are seeking to hire a seasoned eCommerce or Digital Project Manager to join our team. If you're a passionate self-starter, Momentum Consulting is a great company for you. Don't hesitate to apply. The experienced Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

About the job:

• Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrations
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Direct an array of business and technology projects ranging in scale and complexity, including complex projects involving multiple external stakeholders providing hands-on leadership from concept through delivery and value realization
• With Senior Team support, lead weekly Team Meetings to ensure communication among Cross-Functional Teams, communicate project statuses, pipeline projects, prioritization of projects, and creative resource bandwidth
• Interface with team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions
• Manage the schedules/activities needed for the Development of New Products
• Follow up with cross functional team members on job progress and update project leads
• Closely monitor specific projects assigned and escalate when deliverables are off calendar in a timely manner to team leads, with a solution focused approach.

About you:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certifications (preferred)
• 6-10 years of relevant enterprise level project management experience
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in an eCommerce and/or Digital focused project environment.
• Must have experience with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies (SAFe is a plus)
• Must have strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects, aligning processes, deliverables and project metrics/dashboards/reports as needed
• Project management related knowledge and experience spanning an array of technology and business topics, ranging from technology infrastructure enhancements to onboarding of merger and acquisition targets
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and a proven ability to multi-task
• Deep understanding of project management and the software development lifecycle processes, including requirements analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, deployment, and production support
• Experience with web and mobile development technologies/services, e-commerce platforms, operational and analytics data platforms, enterprise integration
• Excellent analytical/critical thinking and communication skills (written and verbal); ability to explain complex concepts both concisely and simply
• Able to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, decision making, and prioritization skills
• Strong technical background a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work onsite in a hybrid format 2/3 days per week is required (Broward County, Florida). This is not a remote only role.
