Job Overview
Saint Bernard's thriving online business is growing fast! Our Customer Service is the number one reason why. Our team takes care of customers with enthusiasm and an aim to provide a unique and personable experience. Experience with over the phone, email and live chat support is required (in the retail industry is desired).
- You will be responsible for the pulling, processing and packing customer orders.
- Technical computer and typing skills
- Proficient and Confident Communication skills on the phone
- Writing skills
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter
- Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistance's
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organization is providing
- Producing written information for customers
- Improving customer service procedures
