We are a women's e-commerce clothing brand based in the Los Angeles Fashion District. The company was founded in 2019 and has been growing bigger every year and in the process of hiring multiple positions. We are looking to hire people with drive and the passion to level up in the fashion industry working closely with the CEO. This position is to eventually grow into the the Showroom Manager position.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work in the US

Full-time 9:30AM - 5:30PM

Valid driver's license and transportation

Preferably a dog lover : )

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the President on day to day tasks
  • Administrative tasks including making calls, organizing files and internet research
  • Arrange and book flights, hotels, reservations
  • Manage and run personal/business errands
  • Managing mail and shipping out returns
  • Putting ads out for hiring new positions and scheduling interviews
  • Hiring, scheduling and overseeing contractors/interns
  • Ordering supply requests and meals/catering
  • Picking up merchandsie from wholesale vendors
  • Setting up and processing celebrity/influencer PR boxes
  • Scheduling and maintaining a social media calendar and posting instagram content
  • Coordinating photoshoots including booking the location, scheduling model castings, hiring make-up/hair and photographer/videographer, assisting with model and stylist, etc.
  • Organizing all catalog and editorial photos
  • Picking up merchandsie frm wholesale vendors
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time

Pay: $18.00

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Los Angeles, CA 90015: Reliably commute

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Adobe Photoshop: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Social media strategy: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Social media management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Personal assistant: 2 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Required)
