E-Commerce Key Account Manager
Unique Loom has over 50 years’ experience in the Rug Industry and over 15 years of manufacturing experience. Unique Loom is a major player among our Ecommerce partners and consistently ranks within the top 5 rug suppliers across any major retailer.
Unique Loom is looking for smart leaders who are quick learners. We’re looking for an E-Commerce Key Account Manager to join our B2B team. This is an exciting, fast paced role where you will build commercial business relations and develop growth strategies for the US portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager and the B2B Director, you will manage a vast array of job functions (account management, business development and analysis, online sales fundamentals execution, marketing program development and execution) and be a key stakeholder in the development and delivery of the joint business plan with your accounts.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ownership in the development and delivery of joint business plan targets with our accounts
- Ownership of the day-to-day commercial relationship with accounts while closely collaborating with internal cross-functional teams
- Own execution of perfect store on-line at account,- includes, new item set-up, launch calendar management, content execution
- Own operational excellence with account – includes supply chain operations, catalog cleanliness, forecast accuracy, etc.
- Own & liaise across key projects between inter-functional teams including supply chain, marketing, and operations
Additionally:
- Keep a close relationship with account reps and category buyers
- Stay abreast of new programs offered, new feature releases, updates, etc.
- Have a keen eye for details of each platform and what has the biggest impact on exposure/revenue
- Regularly check each platform dashboard, performance metrics, and reports
- Work closely with channel reps and our internal teams to address any metrics that impact the account
- Maintain a promotional calendar of sale events and submit before deadlines
- Analyze sales event performance (before, during, and after) and draw conclusions for future events strategy
- Monitor pricing, competitors, and trends to make informed recommendations
- Think big and rethink how to better serve our customers
We’d love to see candidates who have 2+ years of E-Commerce experience with:
- Strong communication skills & project management competence
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with demonstrated data driven approach to business management and ability to craft a story using data
- Bachelor’s Degree
- MS Excel proficiency
