Job Description

  • Responsible for integration and conversion of Nadel’s Webstores, E-commerce Operations, and ERP/Order Fulfillment systems and processes
  • Oversee all eCommerce stores, programs, and digital solutions
  • You will work with the global eCommerce team to set offerings, KPI metrics, outlining revenue, services, and site analytics, and make performance-based decisions and recommendations to further improve the eCommerce business.
  • Collaborate with the global team to improve user experience
  • CX Journey Mapping
  • Pipeline & Customer engagement planning
  • Serve as the Email, SMS, and Push Marketing lead - interacting and collaborating cross-departmentally to create an engaging customer experience and drive sales.
  • Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic eCommerce plan. Deliver a superior experience across multiple platforms. Be a key component in developing the effective planning and execution of an eCommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams
  • Participate in building and directing a team of eCommerce professionals that can effectively help develop and execute creative eCommerce solutions
  • Own and manage Internet marketing solutions, social media integration, SEO, and other monitoring methodologies and analytics
  • Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as implementing eCommerce software and other industry best practices
  • Identify new areas of eCommerce opportunity beyond current offerings
  • Closely monitor plan performance and drive any necessary changes to meet or exceed targets
  • Report on business trends and provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team on how to further maximize results for our eCommerce business
  • Daily leadership and development of direct team
  • Own external ECommerce relationships with existing partners
  • Guide International teams on best practices for their digital platforms and online businesses
  • Collaborate with leadership, colleagues, and peers across the organization to provide insight and recommendations
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and quickly adjusts thinking and actions should the realities of a situation shift
  • Identify industry-leading resources for potential partnerships

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience with eCommerce Platforms
  • Mobile first mindset with demonstrated experience in leading mobile eCommerce websites
  • Ability project-manage site design and development initiatives with a working knowledge of front-end programming languages.
  • Process-oriented and passionate about details, finishing projects with a deadline
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Highly organized
  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, notably Excel
  • Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to digital marketing
  • 6 – 10 years of relevant, full-time work experience. 3 – 5+ years in a leadership role required
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excited about the web, e-commerce, mobile, digital transformation, and the overall customer experience
