If you are interested in being part of building something special, this is the perfect position for you. Fit2Run is rapidly growing and looking to add Customer Service Representatives to work on site at their corporate office located within Lakewood Ranch!

Located at 3135 Lakewood Ranch Blvd. Suite, Lakewood Ranch

We are open 7 days a week so working shifts are day, evening and weekend. We are looking for part-time and full-time and are willing to work with your schedule. Will require some weekend work. Fun, busy, casual environment!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling inbound/outbound phone calls and orders
• Replying to customer questions through email or online chat applications
• Monitoring orders and shipments to coordinate with customers and other departments
• Processing return requests and account credits
• Assisting with special projects as needed
• Trouble shooting order processing issues or electronic data interface

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma required
• Flexible schedule; Must be available to work weekends and possible weekday evenings.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a data driven, customer focused environment.
• Have excellent business communication skills (both email and verbal)
• Enjoy working on a team and in an open workplace environment
• Able to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This position is onsite and not remote.
