Summary

The position ensures that the amazon shopping platform and other e commce site works seamlessly from the shopper's perspective.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven , detail oriented and self-motivated in a collaborative manner.

Role & Responsibilities:

● Assist with day-to-day e-commce operations to exceed the company’s growth goals

● Manage product listings (content and keywords), inventory, pricing, and promotional activities on assigned marketplace platform to achieve sales and margin goals

● Explore and recommend appropriate expansion into international Amazon markets as well as other marketplaces.

●Track category trends to implement growth strategies

● Identify and develop new and existing internet marketing opportunities and initiatives.

● Provide regular reports to management on KPIs, strategy, and implementation.

● Responsible for managing the marketing budget and approval processes

● Channel marketing campaign with Business Unit and Sales Pods team

Qualifications:

● Amazon Seller Central experience, minimum 1-2 years

● Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising tools (Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Brands, DSP)

● Deep knowledge of Amazon’s KPIs (both customer-facing and operational) and enforcement procedures.

● Previous experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Digital Advertising is preferred

● Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment

● Excellent communication skills - both verbally and in writing

● Outstanding teamwork, organizational interpersonal problem-solving skills

● Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint ● Collaborate both within regional departments and cross-functionally

● Bilingual - English/Mandarin is beneficial.
