E-Commerce Account Executive Assistant – Position Available

We are seeking an E-Commerce Account Executive Assistant with strong communication and problem solving skills to join our team!

Position Overview

The E-Commerce Account Executive Assistant will work with customers, sales reps, and consumers to provide information about the company’s products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within an e-commerce environment and be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. Have the hunger to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and assist in the onboarding and maintaining of Emerson’s products
  • Understand Retailer’s Supplier Portals, including, but not limited to Walmart Retail Link, Amazon Vendor Central, QVC Supplier Hub and Home Depot Vendor Portal.
  • Work closely with the Sales Reps and Retailers to maintain vendor compliance and standards.
  • Review and process Vendor and Customer purchase orders and maintain inventories.
  • Work closely with our 3PL warehouse to ensure proper processing of all orders.
  • Receive and respond to inbound consumer calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner, and ensure all appropriate actions are taken, contacting customers by telephone or in writing with the appropriate resolution.
  • Create and update customer records ensuring accuracy and validity of information in our Oracle based system.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of E-Commerce Retail Vendor Systems
  • The ability to collaborate as a team player and interact successfully with people at all levels within and outside of the organization
  • Strong customer service skills ,organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements

  • High school diploma, college degree preferred and a minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in related field
  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce Retailer’s Supplier Portals and practices
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong follow up skills and active listening
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
